I sometimes use suppositories but they often don’t work cause I’m not doing it correctly. Help!

Drink warm lemon water on an empty stomach. Look up belly massages such as the “U” shape it can help manually move things along. While you are in the toilet gently rock side to side , it helps move things. You can also get a stepping stool and put your feet on it so your legs are up high , this helps everything relax and makes an easier bowel movement. Try miralax if it is ok to take with your other medicine.

@A MyMSTeam Member agreed, I pretty much eat a Mediterranean diet with plenty of vegetables and fruit. Trying to eat less meat and increasing fish.

I refuse to use ducolax again, it messed me up. I take fiber gummies and also eat prunes everyday. Seems to really help
