Some people think the reason "he looks so good" is because I work my ass off at the gym every other day for strength training then I'm won out and hurting the rest of the day people have no friggin clue what we're going through!!

Make a date with him. Take him to your next dr appointment and then out to lunch.

All the time. I get it the most from my own father. He would always think I don’t exercise enough and that is the reason why im lazy and tiring. I even tried to explain to him that if I over exercise too much then my fatigue kicks in harder and requires a longer rest. Then at times when I don’t feel like explaining how I feel I just tune them out but at the same time they get angry that I’m spacing out. So it’s a lose-lose situation for me.
