Ocrevus is relatively new , And so much better than the early stuff as it is only a six monthly thing , (I'm on that now) , I was on gilenya for years and that worked relatively well and was a daily pill. I started on copaxone and hated it (20 ish years ago) (that was after interferon and that was so much worse , Kesimpta is another new one and they report good things but I have no idea

Rebif (interferon beta-1a) works similarly to Copaxone as an immunomodulator rather than an immunosuppressant. It reduces inflammation without significantly suppressing the immune system, which may lower infection risk compared to more aggressive therapies.

Zeposia (ozanimod) and Mayzent (siponimod) are oral medications that work by keeping white blood cells in lymph nodes. While they are sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor modulators (which the CDC considers immunosuppressive), they may have different risk profiles than some other DMTs.

Mavenclad (cladribine) is a short-course oral therapy that interferes with certain immune cell replication.

It's important to note that most DMTs carry some level of immune system impact. The medications listed by the CDC as potentially causing immunocompromise include the S1P modulators and certain monoclonal antibodies.
