Members shared mixed experiences with creatine for MS, with several finding it helpful for muscle recovery after workouts, cognitive support, and energy, typically taking 3 to 5 grams daily in shakes or water. Several members cautioned about potential side effects including stomach issues, diarrhea, and bloating, especially with gummy forms, and emphasized the importance of staying well-hydrated and avoiding creatine if you have kidney or liver issues. A recurring theme was doing your research on quality brands, checking with your doctor or MS nurse first, and starting with a lower dose to see how your body responds before working up to the recommended amount.

Tiffany,
creatine will prevent muscle atrophy and add energy to your daily routine. it is not recommended for people that have issues with their kidneys or liver. It is possible you could expect weight gain or water retention when first taking it. Overall it's really good if you check all the safety boxes. Good Luck πŸ˜ƒπŸ’ͺ🏻

I've known a few workout \ body building fanatics that would use Creatine. There's the better expensive brands, then there's the cheaper brands. Bottom line it was used to Bulk up muscle faster. Be smart read the ingredients the manufacturer uses. Then read about the ingredients.. Stay away from the candy products like gummiy bear type products. I use to buy gummy bears. Left one in the sun and saw it melt into a blob. I read the ingredients and saw they used bees wax. That's why some people complain about stomach issues. The gummies would change the color of my stool. Good luck god bless stay strong
