My blood pressure is fine so I know it's not that and I've heard some complain of hug in the chest area. Mine is always in torso rib/abdomen but not lately. Just wondering because damn it hurts

I use a heating pad on my right side at night. Sometimes a pillow on my ribs with my arm holding the pillow. Sometimes just the heating pad it's a weighted one, with out it being turned on. I haven't figured out how to deal with it during the day yet. It comes and goes.
These way I know to explain it is, It's like a Anaconda wraps around you and never let's up. The only thi g I have found is to take a Muscle Relaxer or maybe two and hope for rest. Then after I get up I might have release. But God bless πyou with everything
