I am currently 74 years old. I have be using Tecfidera to slow down my progression, for over 10 years. I was diagnosed with SPMS In 1998.

I am going to change my Therapy. I am going through a flare up of old symptoms that won't settle down. What does My MS Team community think about my choice, at 74?

Talk with your physician as we have no idea about lesions seen by your MRI, but Tecfidera is not a strong DMT, but akso reaize a change might bring on new side effects,
