Members rallied around the question about the MS hug, widely describing it as an intense, crushing chest and rib tightness that can also cause nausea and breathing difficulty. Several members shared helpful strategies including wearing loose or seamless bras, using heating pads or cold packs, stretching in a fetal position, hanging from a pull-up bar, and trying an inversion table for relief. A recurring theme was that medication like Baclofen can help for some, but many find the only real relief is simply waiting it out and leaning on community support.

Going for a second round as my new doctor here in Texas saw all my MRIs and X=rays. He suggested that he would have done the procedure lower. I have been approved for the Intracept Procedure. It is a basi-vertebra nerve ablation.

Yes, I am a hippie, braless is best. If I go out and need a bra, very loose similar to sports bra, but seamless and no wire, just easy. I have also incorporated adhesive cups, no straps at all. Those are for more and longer days around people, otherwise I am braless like, @A MyMSTeam Member, LOL 😂

@A MyMSTeam Member I get this and it goes all the way around where the bra band is . It is helpful to wear a loose sports bra, lots of stretching , a heating pad , you can also speak to your doctor about meds , I don’t take anything for it though . You might like this video there are different ones you can find as well .
