Any recommendations for cooling products at 100° here in PA. The ones I had died. I have a neck fan,doesn't help outside. Hot air.

A cool damp cloth around your neck may help. It helps me.
How does everyone deal with the heat. I don't like to go anywhere because it's so hot. I usually stay inside with the AC going or a fan
