Members explored the question of whether seedless fruits are safe and natural to eat, with many sharing personal preferences and some raising concerns about how seedless varieties are created. Several members noted that seedless watermelons are made by treating seeds with colchicine to alter chromosomes, sparking debate about whether this process is truly non-GMO or natural. A recurring theme was that while most members simply enjoy fruit regardless of seeds, some feel more comfortable sticking to seeded varieties, and others pointed out that fruit seeds themselves carry nutritional benefits like magnesium and zinc.

btw, for the most part Tiffany, it doesn't matter if the fruit is seeded or not; just the ripening process and how long it stays on the tree, bush or Vine.

Seedless fruit is genetically modified to not produce seeds making it more difficult for people to grow their own fruits and vegetables. So, instead we have to rely on store bought.
