Members shared their go-to strategies for managing dizziness, especially in the heat, with Dramamine coming up repeatedly as a helpful over-the-counter option alongside prescription dizzy pills from doctors. Several members also noted that dizziness isn't always MS-related, pointing to conditions like scoliosis as possible causes, and one member shared that chiropractic care helped by relieving nerve pressure. A recurring theme was the importance of listening to your body, whether that means lying down right away, sitting to reset, or trying an unusual but effective technique of leaning into the dizziness while lying down.

My neuro chiropractor taught me a trick for that
He lays me down and makes me lean into the dizziness while laying down
I usually have to put my head back
I get super dizzy then it passes and I'm good
Itz weird but works for me

Before there were any medications To deal with multiple sclerosis Doctors Would tell their patients to take 2 cold showers a day. To slow the progression Of the disease. Do that before you start filling yourself up with more medication.
