I have found it hard to say no, but I am glad that I decided to put my health first. When you’ve always been the ‘yes’ person it’s hard to break the habit and I used to feel guilty at saying ‘thank you, but no’. I now prioritise my health and I ask myself ‘if I say yes, is it worth the extra pain and fatigue?’ I now have a small circle who who are really worth spending my energy with and who totally understand if I have to say ‘no’. Put your health first @A MyMSTeam Member 🤗💜

I have done that a few times so far this summer. I do not want to go to bbq and sit out in the heat. I am told that I can sit inside with the A.C. But that’s boring if everyone else will be outside .
