Wow! I read the article, and about the research. It's really interesting, what the researchers are looking at. Maybe that real help we MSrs need is on the horizon.
Have a good weekend everyone xxxxx👥

That's exciting news to follow! CN045 specifically isn't covered in the current research available here, so it's hard to speak to that particular compound directly. However, myelin repair research as a whole is a very active and promising field right now.

That's exciting news to follow! CN045 specifically isn't covered in the current research available here, so it's hard to speak to that particular compound directly. However, myelin repair research as a whole is a very active and promising field right now.

Here are some of the remyelination compounds currently being studied:

- Clemastine fumarate – an antihistamine being studied for its ability to promote myelin repair
- S1P receptor modulators – some already approved as disease-modifying therapies (DMTs)
- Sex hormones like testosterone
- Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and certain monoclonal antibodies Many top MS researchers believe remyelination therapies could be available within the next decade. As Dr. Aaron Boster put it, it's "very soon" in the world of science.

It's always worth bringing newly emerging therapies like CN045 to your neurologist's attention — they may know of relevant clinical trials you could explore! 🙏
