Getting older...

Is it just me, or can others relate? Getting older is one thing, doing so while you have lost your parents is another, I just feel not as confident. I am still young, 55, although 25 year olds would call me "Old". Fear creeps around the corner, is it our uncertain disease that causes this stress, walking to the bathroom at night, can be scary, that is only if I fall, I will break bones...bone density ranks -2.45 and show osteoporosis with the WHO, World Heath Organization. I think it’s all of the above said Shannon, piled on with the “fear of this unknown disease “. I have to take things day by day at this point. I never know what I am going to feel like. It’s quite frustrating to say the least.
