I suffer with daily depression and I understand how hard that can be for you too, i feel isolated, lonely and like im just fighting with my mental and physical health constantly. Ive tried most anti depressants and anxiety medications which havent helped me at all really.
I also find that I dont enjoy much in life, not like I used too. I have some hobbies that I do at home but lately ive gone really down again. Its not negative to open up about this topic, its part of life for many of us.
I hope you can find something that helps you get through it, and keep talking its healthy to talk. Sending care and empathy ❤️

@A MyMSTeam Member I've had major depression issues since I was a teenager. I used to cut myself in order to feel something ( sounds strange but I didn't feel anything unless I cut myself). My doctor told me that it's an imbalance of the brain, I started going to therapy about 15 years ago and also did talk therapy which both helped tremendously. If you feel depressed, please think about going, it will do more for you than you know. I no longer have the need to cut myself and my attitude stays pretty positive. I do take medication that helps as well. Depression is caused by the chemical imbalance in your brain, so don't take it personally if you need a therapist. Prayers to all that need the help reachs out to get it.
@A MyMSTeam Member we are always here for you, it took years before my husband understood. He is now my caretaker and I don't hold back on anything going on with me emotionally or physically anymore. It has really helped.
