I have been on it for over a year and lost 65lbs and A1C went from 7.7 to 5.1. So happy about that, just not the loss of muscle mass. I've had MS since 2000 with actual diagnosis in 2004. This weakness and spasticity kind of came on rather quickly. I'm waiting on an MRI to see if Ive had a relapse. Do you suffer from spasticity and if so what helps? I can't take anything that will make me sleepy, because I still work full time.

how long snd how r u doing with
mounjauro? i started compound
tirzepatide last month prdicted 4 monts to goal after doing semi glutide a couple of years ago for four months stopping and regaining back... fyi. gun fact spacisity in ms caused by the brain sending out both extend and contract signals at the same time.. then the person has to continuously cause the more force on the correct direction... its hard to spacisity. i had leg weakness in first year. severe i think it would be wet noodles but when either not severe how do u tell the difference? i dont think it matters its just globally defined as walking difficulties...
fif from ms it a problem with nerve conduction,-doesnt need to go go farther than that we r over thinking.
in the 25 foot timed test a 20%change is significant from either cause. slower new meds or new exercises.. faster med ok exercises appropriate.

a rule of thumb is after everything else it could has been excluded and all that is left is me then its ms.

cause we chose to be on a gpl med... nothing can be caused by ms. to get any Ms affects we would have to get off a gplc1 drug and give it time to get out of our system.. imo thats what i think.

Maybe your doctor can help you narrow it down.

Yes, I'm a diabetic, but can take prednisone. I'm already been on Gabapentin for years for restless leg syndrome. Haven't really noticed a difference.
