As for good tea, I don't think there's caffeine in it but it tastes like nutmeg and cinnamon like Christmas, and it's called Rooibos. I get it organic and I like the Imperial organic chai brand; it has vanilla in it. But feel like it I add a drop of honey. Of course I buy organic local so that it has all the good stuff in it

I like caffeine for that reason but the side effect is that it’s also a diuretic ( ie it makes me pee)
I find that a 1/2 caff 1/2 caff cafe latte works well for me, usually

There is a specific neuro coffee? I had not heard of it. Can you tell us about it? I do take caffeine and the capsule because I can't have milk because it makes me weaker because of my MS so I can't stand drinking coffee straight and black so I pop the capsule caffeine and it helps
