Burning Sensations.

Burning Sensations.

Does anyone else get burning sensations in their brain. I get it a lot with pressure. Does anyone know of medicine that I can suggest my new neurologist to prescribe me. Just can't stand this feeling anymore. Glad I am leaving my other neuro.

Has anyone received the COVID 19 vaccine? What were the effects on your body afterwards? I'm very apprehensive about getting the vaccine. I must because I am a school teacher and I am scheduled to go back into the school.

Has Anyone Found Success Through Intermittent Fasting?

Has Anyone Found Success Through Intermittent Fasting?

I have been researching intermittent fasting and how it is beneficial for not only insulin reduction but also for improvement of chronic health conditions and preventing serious conditions. For those that don't know, it is supposed to help reduce inflammation, and promote autophagy, which means that your cells clean out the bad cells from your body.

Anyway, I have been doing it for several weeks now. Mainly the 16:8 regimen of fasting for 16 hours (including sleep) and eating for 8 hours… read more

What Is A Good Knee Brace

What Is A Good Knee Brace

VERY Short-term Memory Loss

VERY Short-term Memory Loss

Diagnosed with MS in '00. Maybe a year ago I noticed I was developing short-term memory loss. Except I refer to it as "instantaneous" memory loss.

I will have a conversation, in person or over the phone, and make some simple decision. Such as yes or no, black or white, this week or next. Sometimes there are three choices... Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday; blue, green or brown; turn left or right, or go straight.

Within five seconds I have forgotten the decision I made!

I've had to call a… read more
