I am starting dalfampridine today. What is y'alls experience with this medication?

good day everyone - just wanted to ask all of you if any of you are taking Fampyra and what you like or dislike about it
How do you afford medications? Aubagio is $1,200 a month (thankfully I get assistance from Drug co) and Dalfampridine is even more. Dalfampridine helps me with my walking. Suggestions?
Of course, your reference to Dalfampridine is another name for Ampyra; I forgot.
Insurance will no longer approve Ampyra. Must get the generic version which is surprisingly expensive. So my husband no longer takes that. Is there any other recommendations for oral meds to help with gait
I took the drug a few yrs back and end up in the ER...I got every side effect u could get...would like to try it again..do u think it would help now...my walking is terrible!! thxs Nancy

What kinds of side affects do/ did you have if you are taking abagio currently or have in the past? I'm wondering if the numbness and heavyness in my legs is a side affect. I was told it can cause a rare side affect of perephial neuropathy.
