Has Anyone Tried Rhodiola To Counteract The Fatigue And Have Enough Energy To Get Through The Day?

Has Anyone Tried Rhodiola To Counteract The Fatigue And Have Enough Energy To Get Through The Day?

My neurologist just cleared me to take rhodiola as needed to help with the fatigue. I was curious if anyone else had tried it along with their current medication and what your success was with it.

Looking For Help With Pain In All Of My Extremities That Feels Like It Goes Down Into The Bones

Looking For Help With Pain In All Of My Extremities That Feels Like It Goes Down Into The Bones

I have been experiencing spasticity for 16 months ... in the past month, I've begun to have pain from the top of my shoulders down all 4 extremities clear to my ankles. it's a deep pain that feels like it's in my bones.

Has anyone had this experience?

It feels different than the spasticity that I experience.

Any ideas what I might be able to do, supplements to take to help relieve the deep ache?

Thanks all!

I cannot longer tolerate my commute to work, and my cognitive functions continue to decline. I can no longer explain things that I created. At work I have created plenty of workflow processes and improvement plans, however yesterday, but I had to explain one of them to someone I could not.
