Has anyone used a weighted blanket? I went to the dentist last week and i had xrays. When they put that heavy lead “blanket” on my torso I felt very calm. So I’m considering a blanket but wanted to get some of your thoughts. Thanks!
I’m wondering weather to invest in a weighted blanket, they are not cheap, but do think I would move around less and sleep better under one, not to mention they advertise that it’s good for relieving anxiety, just wondering if anyone has personal experience with them, thanks!
My newest symptom is pins and needles with a burning sensation in my left foot. This hurts so bad at night, I cannot stand the blanket to be on it. It feels like my foot is under a 20lb weight. And it amplifies the burning sensation insanely. Anyone else suffer like this? What do you do for it?
Does anyone rock back and forth when sitting even though you are not in a rocking chair. I catch myself rocking back and forth a lot just about every time that I sit down next thing I know I'm rocking back and forth does anyone do this?
