Take a nap, or just lie down for a while. Fatigue often goes away after a good rest.

@mistimouse> No matter what, TRY to get up and move those legs. I've run into walls, fallen, etc but would still get up and move my legs. It will usually go away after a few days of just not giving up. and I agree with klukow...steriods....hate them and will refuse to take them!

MAKE yourself get some kind of exercise, even though you feel like there's just NO way you could possibly do it. Walk, leg lifts....anything to keep moving!!! Don't let yourself fall into that trap..if you do, you'll end up depressed and won't want to even get out of bed. (speaking from experience here)

My legs feel the same way. I stretch and do yoga. Sometimes just relaxing and meditating help.

I have the same problem. I do leg exercises while sitting and standing.and I started using AFOs for foot drop, and a walker (with seat) for support. The combo works for me, and on rare occasions when they act up or I'm just tired of lifting them, I can have a seat.I let my son push me, it was fun, we took turns.
