I had problems with migraines also. That is what led to my diagnosis, having an MRI to see what was causing the migraines. Now I take a preventive medication called Topamax that really helps. The MRI showed the lesions of suspected MS. The lumbar confirmed it.

I've been having terrible daily migraines. I went to the neurologist today and am now going for another mri. Not just for the migraines but an array of things but she did say that sometimes they can be caused from a lesion deep within the center of the brain.
I'd definitely bring it to your neurologists attention!
