I call and get a call center with nurses. They take hundreds of calls a day. But I hear an answer within 24 hours. I'm sure if I had an emergency I would hear sooner

Just changed neurologists last year. Am now doctoring through the Mellon Center (for MS) at the Cleveland Clinic. Am very, very pleased with them, their care. When I have called with a question, I left a message. The neurologist himself called back, and I was suprised. He said that they have found that this is really a time-saver--if the patient has more questions about the answer, they can be addressed right then.

My current neuro is in The Woodlands, Texas. The former ones are in Las Vegas.
