I see people say call your doctor.
my neuro is his nurse answering machine,a return call 2-3 days later to confirm questions, then her to ask doc then get back to me.
I am lucky. When I call with a problem it is not unusual for me to be transferred to the neuro immediately. If not available the nurse takes my message and gets back to me by the end of the day. I believe anything short of that is unacceptable. I am a dogged about my care and rights though. I have learned to be my best advocate. If you are unhappy, please look into a center that specializes in MS if available. You deserve the best!

@A MyMSTeam Member sorry to hear that, don't they realise time is a real issue for us.
My neuro doesn't answer her messages. I have left 3 messages in 3 days on numerous occasions and I have to make a trip to the office to get an answer. Problem is she is the Dr who filled out my disability papers and now no other neuro wants me because of the paperwork involved. I'm in Las Vegas. Good luck.
My office has a patient portal where you can . Leave a message and either they answer that way or someone will call. Usually the same day or after hours.
