Does anyone take any vitamins and/or supplements to help ease symptoms or help with MS in anyway?
I am newly diagnosed with RR MS and trying to find as many natural remedies as possible.
Thanks in advance!

Just as an aside, I had my blood drawn recently and asked to have a Vitamin D test done - never had one done and I'm interested in what it is. The nurse said they are doing more and more of them - and this was in a PCP's offfice.

FYI..

Iam sick of needles..

Thank you everyone for your helpful responses I've gone out and got some new vitamins and supplements and done some research on foods I can get the vitamins from naturally. :)

10000mg of vitamin d: the body is supposed to produce about 7k/day naturally, but ms often blocks production: it helps you absorb calcium.

I just joined and saw your question. I absolutely love the Life Long Vitality supplements from doTERRA. They have changed my life. How are you new vitamins doing?
