OMG, yes!! I take Mirapex, too. I take one in the morning and two at night, but I am on a low dose. I found that drinking quinine water helps (tonic water with quinine in it). And other patients have found that too. Might want to try it. Good luck! And I feel your pain. I wrote a poem called Restless Disturbance. It's in my book!

Oh yes especially at night and I also take mirapex. It is one medication that I could not live without. The only thing that bugs me about this drug is if I should forget to take it and that is every eight hours, it doesn't kick in right away. Sometimes longer than an hour==grr.

klonopin at bed time helps me.

I have just started this. Best way for me to describe it is restless legs all over. Makes me jerk. Worse when I lie down
