Has anyone tried Essential Oils to help with their symptoms? If so, what did you use and for what?

I use frankincense oil. It is the only one that can pass the blood brain barrier. It's very good for the brain and nervous system. I ingest it and rub it on my neck.

I use essential oils as well. If you use the pure grade of essential oil like Doterra or Healthy Living, they all pass through the blood/brain barrier. If you do your research you will find that there is a specific MS recipe of 6 different essential oils to use on your spine with the "raindrop technique", my massage therapist does it on me every 2 weeks and I do believe it is helping me with fatigue and an overall feeling of well being.
