Has anyone tried essential oils for their MS? If so what one's?
yes! I've tried most but Roman chamomile seems to help a lot with pain and spasms, lavender helps to relax me and helps me sleep, which I need, sandalwood is know to help with pain caused from ms,but it didn't help with the pain for me but it did seem to help my energy, hemp oil helps with a lot of things like pain, spasms, dry skin, wounds, rash,I even have been told this ointment I make helps with eczema, thieves oil helps to kill 99% of airborne germs so its a good one to diffuse especially during flu season. I don't work as a distributor I just researched a lot of oils, and wanted to try different things in hopes that they help. good luck|!
I use essential oils for muscle spasms. I keep a spray bottle at my bedside with geranium, rosemary, and lavender that I massage into the area - helps me a lot.
My daughter and I have been talking about starting to use our young living oils for my MS. I will let you know if it helps. Are used oil's for so many other things and they are great I don't know why I never tried them for my MS. I just had a massage and it definitely helped my pain and to relax me.
How much do you put in of each ? Could you give me the recipe please. Thank you.
Thanks Deanna for your information! I myself use the peppermint for my nausea and dizziness. I'll defiantly be trying the one's you spoke of! Thanks again!
