I want to make some lifestyle changes - food choices, getting more rest, trying to exercise. I want 2014 to be the year that I get back on my feet. I am interested in giving juicing a try. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced juicer and share their juice recipes with me? If it doesn't taste good I know I won't drink it, so I am hoping that others have come up with something super healthy, but super tasty as well.
Ninja blender - not a juicer, but you can make great smoothies that I think are even better than juicing. It comes with many recipes of smoothies.
I found that the motor for the nutribullet doesn't last I purchased the jack lalaine juicer and a ninja blender now the ninja can break whole fruit and vegetables but like to juice hard vegetables and add that juice to the blinder with greens and frozen fruit to make like a frozen smoothly. Both the juicer and blender comes with recipe books. It's many recipe books at the library and book stores if you are looking for some specific books and I heard the montel Williams juicing book is good too.
Get the nutribullet it's awesome comes with recipes and it's an extracter which gives you all of the nutrients very easy to use. Hands down and probably way cheaper then a ninja
