I've talked to quite a few people who have a lot of problems with the cold. Mine is mostly with the heat but in the last couple years I've noticed i Have a flareup with each season change as well.

I noticed my back & neck muscles would tense up in the cold this winter. No matter how much I bundled up, they would tense up and it seemed I had to manually tell my muscles to relax, then they would tense up again.

Yeah I have problems with it being too cold or too hot. Lately been having a hard time moving in the morning because I got cold during the night. Usually have to do a warm shower and stretch during it to help get the muscles willing to cooperate.

Yes, the leg is stiffening up more. I'm not sure if it's temperature related. The warmer weather will tell.

Cindy the spasms really got me this winter..now the warmer weather if on the way. heat bothers me so much..all winter I have my window open because I seem to need the cool air to be comfortable..
I was outside in the yard and was actually picking up Dog poop. My big mistake was trying to do this in the heat. I kept doing squats to pick up and after numerous squats I couldn't get up so was kind of stuck. I crawled on hands and knees to get to the Garage door so I could grab it and lift myself back to my feet.
I love the flowers and yard work but cannot be out there long. We have a short growing season so instead of sitting in the heat gardening I choose to get on my Friends Bike and even in the heat I can do it. We spend the day riding then head home..where I lay down for the next 2 days but it was worth it to me. I refuse to NOT be able to get on the Bike and am determined to never get so bad I can't..
I hear your distress and hope that doesn't happen to you again.

Marina xx
