I feel your pain!! I have it in my right shoulder it gos up the back of my neck to my right check.

I haven't had a lot of luck getting my doctor to understand how bad I feel

Lidocane is external pain reliever but if the pain is comming from the inside deep like your muscles the only thing I can think of is what I do and take pain medication if you don't want that try non steriodal anti inflammatory like advil it will reduce the inflammation that is causing your muscles pulling your spine back and forth

Yes....me too! Bone pain and lower back pain...bad!
Just got home from hospital ,5 days of steroids, feel horrible. Did 3 MRI's and no new or active lesions? Doc had no explanation for the back pain? Only that I have new protruding discs in C spine? This probably isn't the cause of lower back pain/numbness? Any other idea? Stress? Guess I should head to an Ortho Doctor?

Yes I have pain on a daily basis. Some days worse than others. I hate most when a new pain d/t MS shows up. It's like enough already!!!
