I'm a sucker for Lavender. I find it is relaxing. Peppermint or eucaliptus or rosemary can give you a little pick me up. I'm not talking miracle stuff, but pleasant. Some days that is all you can ask for. I do whip up coconut oil from trader joes and add in some vitamin E oil and lavender and use that for lotion. It smells nice at least!
I tried Raindrop Therapy, which used a lot of different essential oils. It was expensive. While it was a pleasant experience, I can't say it helped my symptoms at all.
I love essential oils! I use doTerra. Citrus bliss for fatigue, peppermint for headaches, lavender for everything from sleep to depression, frankincense for dizziness and I love them all!
I use peppermint when I start to get overheated. I carry a spray bottle with peppermint oil and water to spray on me when out in the heat. You can also put a drop on your tongue or pout a few drops in your water bottle. I like lavender for relaxing. I use others for my leg pain and they are amazing.
I love essential oils. Chamomile , lavender, rosemary, and peppermint. Chamomile in unscented lotion (as for all) this I use on my chest and neck instant calming, Lavender for my body when I get out of the shower, rosemary in Epsom salts to soak feet (ahhhh, relaxing and smells awesome) and... Peppermint for tired limbs, gives you a charge of blood flow and eases achey legs and feet arms and legs.
