I am having debilitating fatigue everyday. I am looking for anything that might help.
I have tried Amantidine, and Provigil with no benefit.
I have been given the suggestion of trying Adderral which I will talk to my Neuro about next month.
I went to a Naturopathic Dr who put me on some special supplements that have enzymes in them. They have helped a lot. It took about a month for them to really kick in, but I no longer have the daily nagging fatigue unless I am having just a really bad symptom day. I have mild tiredness that is manageable most days. I also found cutting out most gluten and dairy has helped a lot too. I am not gluten dairy free, but I am on very low gluten/dairy free diet.
I've been on Adderall for my MS fatigue for almost 10 years now & it's helped me ALOT. No bad side effects but i must say after so many yrs on it it doesnt last or give me an entire (say 7 or 8 hour) days worth of energy anymore...just enough to give me a short window of time to get the priority things done
Yes, I have been told by many doctors it is great. And I like how I feel.
What is your dosage? And how long did you make you feel like you could run a race? Only because your the first that I have seen on it and my husband takes it.
I use Mega-T from Walmart. It's a green tea dietary supplement. It gives a gentle all day lift. I have more dry mouth though.
