face got real hot, pain was awful, lasted about an hour. anyone had this problem

YES, I just recently switched also. I have not had this reaction with the higher dose/3x a week dosing but with the daily injections. I spoke with the the nurses at Shared Solutions and since I am a RN gave them my opinion. She agreed and said they THINK when those reactions happen we are actually getting a small amount of the med in our blood stream (by going through small capillaries or veins as we inject) I did speak with my doctor about the problem. I stayed on Copaxone and am just really carefull with where I inject, talke to your docotor though.

I switched to the 3x week about a month ago and have had no problems. Just love not having to have daily injections

@A MyMSTeam Member thank you for the explanation because I'm doing well on Copaxone Injections but depending on Injection Site some injections are more painful afterward

This can happen with Copaxone....did it only last a short time? (Like 15 mins).....if it was more them that or it happens frequently call your Dr :)
