Try applesauce with your pill. My MS nurse practitioner suggested it and it works great for me. Don't know why it works but the most simple why to treat this side effect.

I hope it works. I even eat it when the flushing happens and it stops it. I know someone who uses apple butter because she doesn't like applesauce .
