I'm glad others have had that hug for a while. Some days I'm trying to pull something off from around me and others it's just an annoyance. LYRICA!!!!

Great question, I've been dealing with the hug for almost 2 years. I just slow down when it's really bad and I have myofascial release massage therapy every 6 to 8 weeks (unfortunately, insurance doesn't cover or I'd have it more often). I've also started taking Tizanidine at night to help relax the skeletal muscles, it may be worth asking your doctor about whether or not this medication may be an option for you (if it gets really bad at night like mine tends to do).

Moist heat wraps, ice neck if it's hot outside. I'm on pain killers as well.

Thanks.......I had to laugh at the "let your belly get fat", I wouldn't be able to tell, my belly is so bloated from constipation:( But I will try it right now, thanks so much.
