I am unable to realize I'm becoming overheated until it's too late and I can't move. Does anyone have any suggestions for dealing with this problem? Thanks :)

I'm the poster child for heat intolerance. Lol I'm in TN, and the heat is horrid. I never get to go outside if it's over 72 degrees, I get deathly ill. I sweat constantly, and even overheat with the air on 67 while doing chores. I chopped all my hair off 2 days ago because of the heat. I don't wear a vest, but probably should. How to do you cope and deal with the heat? I was a trained athlete all my life and stayed outside and active... That was a lifetime ago. I'm seriously
