Im in Canada and almost through trying the few different medications to get approval for sativex. I have used it before, it works very well, it's like smoking cannabis without the head buzz.

I have and ask every time I go into a dispensary it it's available. Not yet unfortunately . It's supposed to work wonders!

The nabilone made me faint. My Sativex EAP cleared the other day, I love this med.

I tried it and it does work somewhat for the pain and spasticity. But I found it made me very nauseous after it wore off. I use Nabilone, a pill developed from pot. It works somewhat as well, but doesn't have the nauseousness for me.

Left a msg for my specialist asking about this. Heard about it through grapevine and did research myself. Looks like it works really good. It does say it is available here in Canada but not sure if docs are still iffy on perscribing it...
