For the past couple of years I have been dealing with freezing feet. So cold that they turn a purple bluish color ( even in the summer ) I have tried everything I can think of multiple pairs of fluffy socks, wrap them in blankets even slippers you warm up in the microwave but nothing seems to help. Was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if they had any tips?

Not a circulation issue. Try taking biotin or turmeric. Elevate your legs and have a foot massage. I have the same issue and had Doppler to check my veins and arteries and I have no restrictions just MS...

I have the same problem. I wear socks and sometimes that helps other times it does not. Like right now they are freezing and i have socks on. I take a warm bath/shower to warm them up, put socks and blanket over them so they will stay warm.

My feet, ankles, hands and wrists freeze at night. I think it is a nerve damage thing.
