I'm still very new to all of this. Diagnosed in May, started medication in August, and still trying to figure most of it out. My question is, what tools does everyone use to track symptoms so you have a record of what you felt on different days when you go for your appointments. I am terrible at anything on paper and android apps are definitely preferred, but for everyone else's sake who reads this looking for the same answer, please share whatever works best for you and why. Thanks in advance!

MS Self is an app to help you keep up with things just get on it nightly and put in what kind of day . Or any new things happen to you. Hope this helps

I'm curious about this too.... I've looked around and couldn't find anything that seemed quite right for Ms. I completely agree about the app over paper. Lol

A diary also helps if you need to apply for SSDI. We forget a lot of things but going back to read your diary gives you more information for your application.
