what can you do for muscle spasms
@A MyMSTeam Member my neuro told me that heat from showers, bath and outside can make it worse, but not from a heating pad. It's a different type of heat. Just an fyi😏
Since I live in MI it's pretty easy to feel better (if only for a little while). Autoimmune diseases are sensitive to the cold weather.. My symptoms are lessened considerable if I go outside for 10 minutes. Its 10 degrees here. Unfortuneatley, it doesn't work if you are in a warm State.
I have found that a gel cooling pad for my leg spasm works quite well and baclofen.
I like your answer Brownie0408. I use muscle relaxants. But I will try the hot pad
Every night I fall asleep on a heating pad. It helps and the heat knocks me out too. Win win!!
