I think "sexual issues" are a typical side effect for many of us living with the disease--including low desire. (What doesn't MS affect?). If you have someone who has loved you for a long time and stood by you, it would seem there's a good chance he'll understand and work with you through it. Best to you :)

Just for more proof and a males side of this. I also have the same issue. Trust me he should understand. Look at it this way. Most men figure once married as time moves on the sex is over. In my case I have been lucky. I have a wife that is not interested that much anyways so my lack of interest is not a big issue. That said. I try hard to make sure I put the effort out once and a while. All a man wants is to know he is loved and he is all you need. Good luck i hope this helps.
