My Doctor said they have had multiple MS patients on tysabri develop PML, still a very small % though. He advised that risk appears to go up after 2 years on Ty, I have been JCV+ since 6 months on. Now at 20th Infusionand the titer level is still relatively low but has gradually climbed at my next appt with MS specialist I will be exploring options at his suggestion

I also tested positive for JC virus. Half the world has it. I flipped out. Found out after ceaseless research that there's been one case of PML in the world among ms patients! If your meds are working, don't stop because of your fear of PML!
