Don't be discourage. Do whatever balance exercises you can stand in a small space where you can't fall and you have something to crab onto.
I don't think it is possible to be a worse eater then I was. I don't think I put anything green in my mouth, from the time I was able to prepare my own food, until about 3 years ago, I was the queen of junk food and I ate at least two meals a day at resturants or fast food joints. Yes eating really does matter. I tried following the M. S. diet, but that was way to strict for me, now I found a happy medium. I don't go crazy, but I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and I actually look forward to eating them now. I make smoothies and I eat mostly chicken and fish. I used to only drink diet sodas and use artificial sweetner's, I cut that out completely. Now I use regular sugar, stevia or aguava. I also cut back on dairy and eggs. Don't get me wrong, I still eat out and I eat what I want when I want, however, the bad stuff gets less and less desirable. I do notice a big difference in the way I feel since changing my eating habits.
just curious, I am like the worst eater ever and am so curious to see if eating really does matter!
