I'm having a hard time describing to people what I'm feeling. So here it goes.

I get very painful almost like I pulled a muscle, but the muscle is so tight it feels like a huge knot. The pain is excruciating. Is that a spasm?

Also, my muscles always seem to be in a contracted state. My toes are either always pointed or flexed all the way. I feel like a big baby but it's annoying and I'm always in pain.

Does anyone else get this?

Well I eat my oregano every morning in my eggs it helps with my pain in my legs and the days when I miss it l feel it. I also may sprinkle it on other foods I may be be having. Oregano helps with the pain in my legs. I can feel the difference when l do not take it. I use it everyday I believe in using herbs in my food, it is very healthy for you.

yes @A MyMSTeam Member I do. I take extra potassium when I have these problems. I know you have been told this but a lot of water helps. I had 3 back surgeries and my orthopedic dr. told me to make sure to drink extra water bc our muscles have to have to much water to function. I didn't realize how much he was right until I was dx with MS.

Yes. I live that way 24/7. Have learned to tune out the pain, but it exhausts me. Am in a search for what will give me energy to get through the day. Is very frustrating.

I have muscle spasms but when i see my toes start to curl i take magnesium phosphate salts. Available in two strengths 6x daily dose and 30x marketed for menstrual cramps. It always works for me. Straight magnesium tablets do not. It has to be the mag phos salt
