I find I can rarely sleep anymore without a sleep aid of some type. And, often times that doesn't even help. I'm absolutely exhausted the majority of the time. Any suggestions?

Yeah, the exercise is a double edged sword! I'm taking Ambien and still can't sleep through the night.

I have lunesta, but still always so tired! My husband says "I saw you sleeping the other day!" True I was in a sort of twilight and only for two hours guess that's enough! I can only work and drive on Nuvigil without falling asleep. I just wanna sleep

I tried ambient but felt like it wasn't Real sleep. I'd be groggy or not fully rested. It only gave me 6 hrs of sleep & generic gave me 5 Hrs. I like melatonin a lot better. I get 1mg dose so I can increase/decrease as needed.
