Yes I am confused as well. Some of the symptoms of entering into Secondary I have already had back in the first years of being diagnosed. I read somewhere that the neuro can do some kind of a evaluation test, along with the symptoms you are having to determine if you have entered into Secondary. This is a link I saved.
