In my first 5 years I had to cut out really hot or really cold items because it would change my core body temp so much. I would drink a soda with ice and be freezing by the time I finished it. Or a cup of coffee and tea could make me feel like i was sitting in a furnace.. Now I use it to my advantage..if my body is cold I will drink something hot. if I get really hot I will drink something with ice. Usually though I suggest room temp drinks. same with showers. Luke warm instead of hot.

MRI shows leisons physically I ve no symtoms except headach spells sometimes.but fever is making me feel worried now
