having hsct was amazing and i'm not in a wheelchair! My first symptom of menopause was night sweats. One of my symptoms of ms is feeling hot all the time. And sometimes it's like having a hot flash but it stared in the middle of my body. A real hot flash will start at your feet and goes out the head. Hope this helps.
