I get this in my bilateral arms accompanied by weakness and tremor. It doesn't hurt or bother me but it does impair my work performance (I work with my hands) so my doctor prescribed me a lose dose beta blocker called Propanalol and it's been magic for me! It steadies my hands and calms the other symptoms. However it's a medicine perscribed to heart patients so based on your medical history you may not be a candidate for it, talk to your doctor if your interested. Goodluck!

I have had this for about 5 months now. I was recently diagnosed about 4 months ago. I've seen my neuro and this has been documented, however I wasn't to do anything about it (just that it was a symptom of MS). I would love to hear any remedies
